Callbrook
Subprocessors
The third parties that process data in order for Callbrook to work.
Template — not reviewed by a lawyer
Legal counsel must approve the Terms, Privacy Policy, call-recording disclosure, data-processing terms and jurisdiction-specific telecommunications requirements before this service takes real customers.
Current subprocessors
ElevenLabs — speech recognition, speech synthesis and the conversational voice agent. Processes call audio and transcripts.
Anthropic — language model used to structure the business profile from a public website and to summarise a completed call. Processes website text and call transcripts.
Vercel — application hosting and content delivery. Processes request metadata.
Neon or an equivalent managed PostgreSQL provider — application database. Stores everything described in the privacy policy.
Resend — transactional email delivery. Processes recipient addresses and message content.
Teya — payment processing. Processes payment details directly; we never receive or store card data.
Keeping this current
This list reflects the components the application is built against. A deployment that disables a component (for example, running without an email provider) does not use that subprocessor.
Before relying on this list contractually, confirm it against the deployed configuration and record it in a signed agreement. Questions to privacy@callbrook.co.uk.
