Callbrook
Terms of service
What you are buying, what it does and does not do, and how either of us ends it.

Legal counsel must approve the Terms, Privacy Policy, call-recording disclosure, data-processing terms and jurisdiction-specific telecommunications requirements before this service takes real customers.
The service
Callbrook provides a virtual receptionist that answers telephone calls a business does not answer itself. The business keeps its own telephone number and continues to answer calls normally; Callbrook receives only the calls the business diverts to it.
Callbrook is software. It is not a person, it is not a licensed professional, and it does not give legal, medical, financial, structural or other professional advice. It is instructed to say so if a caller asks whether it is a human being.
What it costs
£99 buys 30 days of service including 250 minutes of answered calls.
There is no automatic renewal and no stored payment method. When the period ends, the service stops until you choose to buy another period. We will remind you before it ends.
Because each period is paid in advance and delivered continuously, we do not pro-rate an unused part of a period. If the service materially fails to work, contact us and we will put it right or refund you.
Your responsibilities
You confirm that you own or are authorised to represent the business you set Callbrook up for. Configuring a receptionist for a business you do not represent is a breach of these terms and of our acceptable use policy.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you confirm on the setup screen. Callbrook answers from that information, so anything wrong there will be repeated to your callers.
You are responsible for any disclosure or consent your jurisdiction requires in relation to automated call handling, and for call recording if you enable it.
What we do not promise
We do not guarantee that every call will be answered, that a transcript will be perfect, or that the service will be uninterrupted. Telephony and speech systems fail, and third-party providers have outages.
Callbrook captures enquiries. It does not guarantee that any enquiry becomes a customer.
To the extent the law permits, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 30 days before the claim arose.
Ending it
You can stop at any time by not renewing, and by removing the call diversion from your telephone. Nothing further is charged.
We may suspend or end an account that breaches the acceptable use policy, or where we reasonably believe the service is being used to impersonate a business or deceive callers.
